**Q: Can you use if you have had a perforated ear**
A: I wouldn’t think so. Liquid cleanser on perforated ear not recommended.

**Q: Is this in a tin or a plastic bottle please?**
A: it is not in a metal bottle, but a plastic bottle equipped to produce a fine mist spray.

I actually purchased this on behalf of a friend who doesn't have the means of online ordering.I do, however, know that he does like this product as it helps with his narrow ear canal and wax problem.Unlike some similar items this does have a very fine spray and does not run out of the ears.
