**Q: What is the maximum pressure of this PC?**
A: 15 psi

**Q: Is the inner coating anodized or nonstick i.e. Teflon? I’m seeing lots of conflicting answers here**
A: I believe it's anodized aluminum, black and unpolished.  Food does stick to it, though, but not horribly, and it doesn't look so bad.  I use mine almost daily on my portable induction cooker; it is a winner and my only regret is that I didn't buy more for friends.

**Q: Is the whole interior completely in stainless steel?**
A: No, the interior is black hard anodized.

**Q: On which induction cooktops did the Hawkins induction cooktop work and on which ones it didnt work? Please name them.**
A: It works on all induction cooktops
