If I was designing this, I would use 4 sections 6 feet long, instead of 6 section that are 4 feet long. This would eliminate a couple joints that have potential to work lose. The screw on extenders are solidly made and screw together firmly. It is easy to store away without much effort as well. The blade (it came with two) was a good blade and worth the price just for the blades. I cut hard wood (Water Oak) and it went smooth. I cut some decent diameter branches too.
