I didn’t experience any difference when taking just one capsule. So I started taking 2capsules and I could feel a HUGE difference. So explains why dosage is 2capsules. I’ve only taken the two dosage for a month and I can sing better, I can go a little higher when I sing in which I couldn’t do since my lungs got damaged.
