I use it for all its functions but broaden its capabilities because of how hot it gets. All rice settings work so well and the soup and porridge functions make it a small slow cooker. I’ve also fried an egg in it! The steam function makes amazing dumplings and veggies and I’ve used it to make ramen where I’ve added dumplings into it.
