As this is what it is designed for, I am sure this is what the majority of potential buyers will also use it for. Size of the bag is small to medium. I think the exact measurements are listed on the product page. I find the bag to be just the right size for my day to day gym workouts. I do find that larger duffel bags can be a pain to lug around and fit into the gym lockers, hence it's compact size is welcome here. It comfortably fits in a pair of trainers, wash bag, tracksuit bottoms, t-shirt, change of socks and underwear, a yoga block, water bottle, swimwear and towel. Quality is nice, and the stitching, zips, and material all seem to be robust. This is especially pleasing given the relatively low price for a gym bag from a well known and respected brand. It's the design of the bag that really pleases, and it seems perfectly thought out for a typical gym user. There is a separate compartment which unzips at one end to hold your trainers, and this compartment even has a little vent hole to let your trainers breath a little and for any moisture to evaporate out. There is a another zip up compartment at the same end which is useful to keep your headphones, gym pass or locker keys, and any other small and important items which you may not want to be loose in the main section. The main section unzips at the top with a wide u-shaped opening, which allows good access to the contents. There is a useful mesh pocket at the other end, which could be good for putting your swimming trunks or your sweatiest items into after a gym visit, to prevent them from getting the other contents of the main compartment wet. The handles consist of a long adjustable shoulder strap with a padded section, and two shorter handles. Pleasingly, you can clip the two shorter handles together, as one of the handles has a small strap which closes with a popper. This means you can have the longer strap kept neatly between the two shorter straps, and prevents the long strap dragging on the ground when you carry it with the short handles. Overall, a very well thought out and well made gym bag. Great value for day to day use. Review: Fabulous quality - Great quality.
