I love drinking coffee and would typically have 2 to 3 cups a day, but I started noticing that after I ate food, I'd have to immediately go to the bathroom, which is not fun to have that feeling. But, once I cut it out, my stomach was almost back to normal and was pretty relived. I did a lot of research on coffee and found that it's really not that great on a person's digestive system and that it can cause people to have daily diarrhea. Anyway, after about a year of not drinking coffee, things were a lot better, but my stomach still responded poorly to certain things I ate, but never consistently. That's when I finally heard about probiotics. I don't have a huge basis to go off of since I've only tried one other probiotic brand besides this one, but it has really helped bring my digestive system back to normal. I personally tried several before these, and none of them did anything for me. That said, these Renew Life probiotics have honestly changed my life. I have struggled with extremely painful gas and bloating since childhood, most likely aggravated by my Type 1 diabetes.
