Yes really easy to cut. Just be careful when the adhesive is exposed as it is super sticky. I found it an excellent product, just what I needed.

Can this be used to wrap around brickwork?

I would say no we used it for a shed roof which worked well. Although it is very sticky and might be worth a try.
