All Windows computers have Xbox drivers installed by default, so you should already have it, but if for some reason you don't, it shouldn't be hard to find a download. There are plenty of YouTube videos explaining how to do this in greater detail. You will only have to do this once, not every time you use it. Pairing controllers is incredibly simple: just press the button on the receiver and the sync button on a controller and it will connect in seconds. I use this to play Clone Hero with an official Rock Band 2 Drum kit with a 3-Cymbal expansion, and it works flawlessly. Basic setup required. This is NOT an OEM receiver, but it does use the official Microsoft driver for the official one. Windows 10 does not associate the driver with the device automatically, but it is not difficult to set up. All you have to do is go into device manager and find the receiver (if you don't know which one it is, simply unplug and replug the USB--it should disappear and reappear from the list of devices to help you identify it).
