Uses a small allen screw to tighten on the bar it's fixed to. Was nice to see the appropriate allen key included. The top comes off with some light persuasion if you need to shorten the tube. I'd happily recommend this product. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Not quite what it seems... *by S***Y on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 18 January 2016* This sleeve isn't quite like I expected it to be - a solid tube with outer 2 inches and inner 1 inch in diameter.
