If the fan is disconnected, then you have received a broken unit. We recently had a small manufacturing error and defective units were accidentally sent to Amazon. Please contact us on Amazon and we will send you a new trap right away! We apologise for the inconvenience this has caused and I hope to make it up to you! :) Sincerely, Helena KATCHY Support Manager **Q: Where do I find replacement glue pads?** A: I used one of the replacement glue pads as a template on basic yellow sticky traps. Two discs can be cut from one sheet, and has the advantage of being double sided. Seemed to work just as well. MUCH less expensive and more readily available than the Katchy glue boards. Please understand that my problem was with fungus gnats. If you problem is with some other type of insect, your milage may vary. **Q: Hi, this product came with glue boards? or I need to buy it separately** A: Thank you for the question! :) All the KATCHY insect traps come with 4 glue boards already included in the package. Should you run out of them after some use, we sell replacements on Amazon here: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07GKG19MV Sincerely, Sandra KATCHY Support Manager **Q: How does this product work with no seeums?** A: Works awesome for no seeums believe me you won’t regret buying one. I love mine. As a matter of fact I haven’t had one of them fly by my ear since my purchase. Had it about a year and a half. ## Frequently Bought Together - Katchy Indoor Fly Trap - Catcher & Killer for Mosquito, Gnat, Moth, Fruit Flies - Non-Zapper Traps for Buzz-Free Home (8-Pack Glue Boards for Duo Model, White) - Katchy Original and Midnight Glue Board Refills (8 Pack) - Indoor Insect Trap Glue Board Refills for Mosquito, Gnat, Moth, Fruit Flies - Non-Zapper Traps for Buzz-Free Home --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.de/products/496511428-refill-pads-for-the-duo-models-8-pack](https://www.desertcart.de/products/496511428-refill-pads-for-the-duo-models-8-pack) --- *Product available on Desertcart Germany* *Store origin: DE* *Last updated: 2026-10-19*
