The exercises are short, sharp and get you moving muscles you never knew you had! The abdominal exercises are a killer, and boy does your stomach muscles know you've done it! Don't be put off when you first start this as it can seem full on, but stick with it and you'll be glad you did! I have enjoyed the 5week programme. My only hesitation is that the 10minute sections are really 5minutes repeated twice so there is a lot of repetition.
