I think my only qualms are that I bought quote large paper rolls which according to my research online should have been fine. But due to the width and weight they are now drooping in the middle and making the process of pulling the paper up and down a bit of an issue. Honestly that's not much the systems fault as it is my own however it would be good if they made plastic or a thin metal tubing that can inside the rolls to give it more support. System is great and easy enough to use, I didn't install it myself but the guy that put it up for me didn't seem to have too much of an issue.
