Both microfibre cloths have an antimicrobial treatment to eliminate 99% of bacteria on the devices. I use the other two chamois cloths for additional pollishing but have not really used them since the microfiber cloths do such a good job with their dual sides. The two fluid bottles (340ml and 60ml for travel) have last very well and probalbly have another 3-6 months of use left (9 to 12 months in total). In that case, iKlear + a quality microfiber cloth should work to clean the screen. If it's an ACTUAL scratch in the glass, iKlear unfortunately will not remove it. You'll need a polishing compound with a mild abrasive to smooth out the scratch. Look online for products made specifically for scratches in glass. It was originally intended to clean iBooks and Powerbooks which were early Mac laptops that came standard with matte displays. I used it for my Powerbook G4 (matte display) from 2004-2007 and it worked great. A bonus feature is that iKlear is also formulated to clean the aluminum casing of the laptop. It leaves your aluminum case super clean and new looking with a nice velvetty finish. It also can be used to clean the keyboard and entire top case. I have a not so deep scratch and want to fix it.** A: Hello... sorry but iKlear is basically just a screen/surface cleaner and may help to minimize the "appearance" of faint scratches only. In no way does it remove or repair scratches in glass or plastic. Usually that would require a fine abrasive substance to grind and polish the surface down to get rid of any noticeable flaws. With a deep scratch, replacement of the face might be necessary.
