Sorry if it looks like a stupid question???** A: If your valves and seats are in good condition you can just use the fine on its own. Otherwise start with coarse. Lap the valves in carefully, turning the valve in its seat as you work, until there is an unbroken line of matt grey running the entire circumference of both valve and seat.
