We have tried building her a den in a cage for her own space, holding her and talking to her the reassure her, medication which she will not take no matter how hard we try and hide it in treats / food etc and adaptil plug in also. None of these have worked. This collar is the same does not do anything. When we were at the vets for a yearly booster we spoke with the vet who said to get the collar. Which she said should also help in trips to the vet. As she gets stressed going to the vets also. I think next year we will talk to the vet about them giving her medication to combat the way she gets. In my view its a waste of money but not all dogs are the same the way humans are all different. This may work as some reviews have said but it may not.
