This is my first time trying pomegranate molasses, and I’d heard great things about it. It’s nicely tangy and full of flavour, but I did notice a slight bitter taste after swallowing it’s not strong or unpleasant at all though. It’s very thick too, so I’m wondering if it’s meant to be diluted a little when using it? I bought it mainly for salad dressings, and it works really well for that, adding a lovely sharp kick. If you’re new to it like me, don’t be put off it’s just got a bit more depth than pure sweetness. A little goes a long way!
