Leaves floor clean but not soaking wet. - The push spinner seemed stiff to begin with, and I had to be quite firm to make it spin fast enough to remove the excess water. But once I got the hang of it, it cleans both wood block and vinyl flooring extremely well. Great product.

The slight downside is the need to stand on one side of the mop base in order to get the mopping angle right and if it needs to be adjusted one has to repeat the manoeuvre. However, this means that once in the vertical position, the mock remains upright. This would not stop me from recommending the system.

**Q: Am I doing something wrong, when I push the rod up and down to spin the mop, although it’s spinning it still comes out dripping wet!**
A: When you fill the bucket is the water level below the maximum fill line so that it is below the spin basket. If the water level is too high the water just sprays across the top of the bucket and the mop stays wet after spinning.

**Q: Need replacement mop head for Bergman spinning mop.**
A: Sorry did not get that far. Returned item without use. Glad you have had a better experience.

**Q: Cannot see how to operate spin mop.Help please. Senior moment!**
A: On the handle there's a small lever flick it then move the handle up and down  when in the wringer the mop head will spin do the same in other side of the bucket to wet the  mop when ready to mop the floor pull the handle to full length and flick the lever back mop as normal.

**Q: Where can I get replacement mop heads?**
A: I got 2 heads with the bucket and have washed them. Looking on Google it appears to be very difficult to get replacement heads. If I'd known I wouldn't have purchased this particular bucket !
