Review: The shelf seems to be a hard frame. Package contained all declared items. Performance of shelf is good. However, the bottom bin quickly runs out of paint and exposes the white filler underneath of the outer paint. This paint comes out of the socket where the bottom of the cue pool bottom stands. I think of a solution to paint it over
