Over £10 seems a bit excessive if it's only 3. The image shows 3 boxes.** A: I believe there are 4 or 6 strips per box, and each strip works for 8+ hours. The strips work on headaches, but for my severe migraines I usually wore the strips in combination with taking Ibuprofen. For me, they actually did the trick within 4 hrs., so I was able to use the strips twice, as long as I resealed them and kept them moist. I found the price of these to be very reasonable. **Q: Are these just cooling or do they contain medication?
