The KES Head came very quickly and was easy to install. The instructions were very clear and the quality is good. The shower is now working perfectly so my husband is delighted. So far I feel it is probably better than the head I replaced. I'd worried about changing from the original manufacturer, but I would happily buy KES again. You just need an adjustable spanner to remove the old head and tighten up the new. Everything else you need is included in the box so you are able to make adjustments if you are in a low pressure area. I did not need to do this as our pressure is good. The head is secured by a grub screw, the allen key provided is the wrong size. The head has a flow restrictor, which allows a pretty low flow rate so you'll present to remove it.
