Review: Fab present! - This was bought as a Christmas present as something a bit different for a 10 year old girl who already has everything & it’s been a big hit! It’s really easy to use & makes lovely candy floss. Only flaw is that the sugar can spit out when it’s first turned on but we just hover a plate over it for the first few seconds. Also the red & white candy floss sticks it comes with are a bit too small to grip properly which makes it harder to make a full stick of candy floss, so I’d recommend buying a pack of the flavoured sugars that come with the longer wooden sticks - these are much easier to use! Overall great product.
Review: Easy peasy sweet and cute - I wanted something a little different for our jubilee family celebration so I thought candyfloss might delightvthem. I was a little worried to buy a candy floss machine as I had heard some nasty tales but I was delighted with this machine. It was easy to assemble with the instructions and easy to disassemble to clean and pack away. I found it easy to use, the instruction book was easy to read and follow. I made some lovely candyfloss . Afterwards I found cleaning simple and quick to do. So 5 stars. I hope it continues as grandchildren love the results.

## Questions & Answers

**Q: hi,can you tell what the dish, inside filament that holds the sugar and the cover made of**
A: Hi, the cover is made of plastic but not al all flimsy and the dish that you put the sugar in is made out of some sort of non stick metal? It's quite robust I've used mine loads and the kids love it! Hope that helps.

**Q: Could I use this for a party to make around 30 sticks in one go? How long does it take to make 1?**
A: Thank you for the enquiry. It takes around 4 minutes or so for the sugar to melt, and then a minute or so one the candy floss is created. It really is only designed to make a couple at a time however. You would need to let the item cool after each batch so probably not ideal for the use you have in mind.

**Q: Hi, do i need to buy anything else to accompany this or is it all good to go? sticks, sugar stuff etc. thanks in advance.**
A: Hi. The floss maker comes with some sicks, if you run out you can buy more on line or use BBQ wooden sticks. You can use normal suger which comes out white in colour or again you can buy online different flavours/colours in small amounts.

**Q: Where can i get the heat light bulb from as mine as blown?**
A: Go back to the seller if you brought it within the year perhaps

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Easy peasy sweet and cute

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great machine, but likely to break in transit
*by R***R on 16 November 2018*

We received the machine in good time. However, when my son unwrapped it on his birthday and switched it on, one of the glass tubes was broken which made it unusable. We got back to the seller, who promptly responded and sent a replacement. When this arrived a few days later, it also had a broken glass tube. My husband took both machines apart to remove the unbroken tube from the one machine and use it to replace the broken one on the other. Then we sent back the machine with two broken tubes. The seller insisted they were not broken when dispatched and must have broken during transit. That seems likely, as it was packed in a way that one part was piercing the box on the top, and any strong pressure on that part could have broken the tubes. However, now that we have it working, it is a great machine and the children love it. It is fun to use, easy to clean and easy to get the hang of. An older child will be able to use it without supervision pretty soon.
