**Q: Has this got any nutritional value?**
A: yes. not as it used to be on the 70s tho. not as pure like most things these days

**Q: Can I ask is this gluten in the malt extract less than 20 parts per million (ppm). If you could confirm that would be great?**
A: wth me being ok with gluten i cant realy say sorry. with todays malt extract i would say yes. the 70s malt was so pure.

A: I wuld think so - it is malty & sweet. We eat it straight off the spoon.
