Review: Really good overall workout - I spent a while deciding whether to get this machine, and I am glad that I did. It comes with a double dvd, which gives you a 30 minute workout. The machine is quiet, easy to use, and if you spend about 40 - 45 minutes on it, you will get a good overall workout. It took me and my partner about 20 minutes to assemble and it was easy. It does fold down a little for storage, but not much. It is nice and sturdy and is of very good quality. The only drawback I would say, is that the handles are a touch short. I am 5ft 7, and I think they would be fine for someone upto maybe 5ft 10, but no more. There isnt much difference between the resistance levels either, but you can get round this by wearing ankle weights. For the money I am impressed, so I give it 4 out of 5 stars.
