The bottles with 10ppm or 20ppm are a clear liquid which is ionic silver, not coloidal. Which means they are better used topically on skin or as eye or ear drops. Ionic silver is not good to consume for colds etc as the silver particles are not colloidal which means they are unstable and will not do the job you are hoping for. If you want colloidal silver to consume when ill, you need one like this which is an amber coloured liquid. When it's true colloidal, the silver particles are stable and will travel through your system to kill infection. This took me a lot of searching to get these answers!
