I have been using this daily and it is warm down into the 20s... depending on your personal tolerance to the cold that is. However, the jacket does not have enough air flow for a day in the 70s or warmer... unless you are a bit cold blooded of course. My only gripe about the jacket, hence 4 not 5 stars, are the elastic straps for adjusting the elbow armor are just too loose. In other words, they need a couple more snaps to provide a snug fit for those without gorilla arms or wearing multiple layers.
