    This book is easy to read and contains helpful tools and applicable processes for achieving self-acceptance.

While I have always respected them, in the past I have found it very difficult to relate to and understand more Eastern philosophies such as Zen.  I started to think Buddhism was too advanced for me--I couldn't grasp it.  Ms. Huber's book has completely changed that for me; finally the subject of self-acceptance feels comprehensible and applicable, not just wishful thinking.  Part of what I love about the book is that somehow she bridged the gap between my Western mode of thinking and this beautiful Eastern spiritual way of viewing and living life.  The book clearly and concisely explains Self-Acceptance and also offers not only information, but a structure or methodology for applying the concepts she is teaching.  I am so thankful I found this book, and am so happy to recommend it!

Cheri's books are great to read.  They're so dense with information -- every sentence is so profound -- that I find myself re-reading her books again and again.  If you just pick them up and read a random paragraph, you'll get so much wisdom!

Cheri is able to write and put together illustrations in such a way that speaks to my being perfectly! Easy-to-read, it gets to the point. I appreciate learning and discovering myself with humor :)
