I was very satisfied with it because it would lie flat and it was thick enough to avoid the indentations caused by a chair.I recently purchased what I thought was the same product, but it is not. It came shipped rolled up, to minimize shipping costs, I assume. However, it is not the same product. It is thinner and much more susceptible to indentations from an office chair. Worse, it retains the rolled up appearance and is unsightly.I would rate the first product as a 5.
