The solids will be filtered out of the pool or collect on the bottom for removal by the vacuum. Add 1 oz. of Clear Pool Water Clarifier per 5,000 gallons of swimming pool water. Addition should be made once a week to the pool when the filter is running. If the pool water is cloudy due to airborne dust or to high hardness of the water, add 4 oz. of Clear Pool Water Clarifier per 5,000 gallons of water. Allow at least 3 hours for Clear Pool Water Clarifier to work, then vacuum the residue from the bottom of the pool and backwash the filter if necessary.
