Be sure to get rid of ALL of the glass, especially on the edges. I used an xacto knife to do this. If the surface is not relatively flat, the glass will break as soon as you put any pressure on it. Learned this the hard way on a different phone. As long as you do this, which will take a while, you will be fine. I added a bit of glue to make sure it seals well, but this isnt necessary. Definitely worth it in the end.
