I really liked the faucet but had several problems with the faucet head. After having the head replaced 3 times by the company and having each one fail after about 3 months, I decided to just buy one myself.I am very satisfied with this faucet head. The button you see at the tip temporarily stops the water stream while it is depressed, which I found surprisingly handy. The rocker at the bottom effectively switches the stream between spray and full stream. I like the solid feel of switching between stream and spray with the rocker switch. The other heads that failed had a soft button that you pressed which switched between the two and seemed to be the source of the ultimate failure. The brushed brass matched my faucet's just fine and you cannot really tell that this is a replacement.My only complaint, and why I gave it 4/5 stars, is that it's a little smaller than I would have liked, but not so much that it looks all that odd. Also, it just feels a little cheap and not as refined or smooth as I would like. I would have paid more money for a more refined and quality built product, but again it's not bad at all. And hey, if it works I'm ultimately happy. I'll update if it starts to malfunction.Overall, I'm very happy with it as long as it continues to work. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Love it. When you push a button, it works. A novel concept that I didn’t think was a luxury until this last year. All the buttons are easy to use, work well, never jam up or fall off, and it’s easy to install.
