I have a textured floor and it worked great **Q: My planks are 3.75” wide. Will the suction cup work on that size?** A: If your floor has groves in it and not as slick as glass it will not work. The rubber cups are too hard and will not suck a floor with groves. Itself some two sided tape and put it on piece of 2x4 about 6-8 inches long. Put 3 or 4 pieces of the tape according across , and use a mallet. Step on the 2x4, the tape should last for 4-8 moves. Make sure you clean the gaps are clean and I also bought gorilla glue and put in a couple of drops.
