This trilogy breaks the mold of most Marvel movies. - I love this trilogy. Tom Hardy is an amazing actor, and the on screen chemistry between him and Venom is hysterical. Really underrated. This doesn't follow the cookie cutter Marvel movie formula. Don't get me wrong, I love a good Marvel movie. The 1st Iron man, Guardians and the Infinity Gauntlet series are some amazing movies. This one is just different. Venom is one of my favorite characters in the Marvel universe, created by my all time favorite comic artist, Todd McFarlane. If it wasn't for his tiff with Marvel over creative control of Venom, we never would have had Spawn. Anyways, this trilogy is packed with action, laughs and a little love. Definitely worth at least a watch. And the man, Woody Harrelson, doesn't disappoint in the slightest. Really a well casted movie that's as good or better than the first. And please watch the third. This trilogy is amazing when you see the whole vision come together. Excellent work by the cast and crew. Thanks for making a fun movie that myself and my son love to watch together! The venom franchise definitely bottomed out with this one, but still a pretty good movie. I know this sounds like an oxymoron but compared to the first and the third venom this just wasn’t the best one.
