I appreciate Ayake for actually following through with their promise to refund me if I were to remove my original review.That is literally the only thing I appreciate about my experience purchasing this product. If you have issues with file transfer speed being incredibly slow and freezing up, sometimes not even completing, then consider writing a bad review about your product. Also, don't feel like it's okay to be bribed into removing an honest review. It's very easy to understand. Mind you, I guess it's pretty straight forward to use this thing.1. You plug the USB into your phone (Looking at the connection, the USB end looks like it might fit an Android phone as well although I am not 100% sure and I can't test it as I don't have an Android phone)2. Install the required app which is free3. Open the app and start transferring data!4.
