The installation screws tightens the bar screws down tightly. As long as the tile is flat on the mounting area, I would trust it. I would highly recommend them. **Q: Can I buy the pins separately ?** A: Everything came together in a set with bar and pins **Q: Hi- is this for single cabinet pull or a 5 pack?** A: They come in a pack **Q: Any suggestions for other hardware like towel holders to match these?
