They provide the screws just screw into the wall. **Q: How do you replace the hooks?** A: Remove the end cap and slide the black plastic hook holder off the end of the rail. Slide a replacement back on its place. I have replaced the o rings on the old hooks. O rings were available through the product supply company. I have also purchased extra racks to obtain spare hooks **Q: I need to remove a rack from my wall that someone else installed. Can someone forward me the instruction manual?** A: I doubt if there is a manual. On bine, there are three screws holding it - one in the middle and the other two about 2/3 of the way to the ends. If you move the various tool holders from side to side slowly, you'll see them, one by one. **Q: Have they fixed the "design flaw" of the plastic cracking?** A: No they have not.
