With 500 mg of calcium citrate and 500 IU of vitamin D3 in each serving, this supplement provides essential vitamins and minerals needed for optimal bone health. Calcium citrate is a form of calcium that is more easily absorbed, particularly by those with reduced stomach acids. Vitamin D3, the clinically preferred form for metabolic and bariatric people, supports efficient calcium absorption.* These chewable bites are conveniently packaged for easy, on-the-go intake, making it simple to meet the recommended daily calcium intake of 1,200-1,500 mg for metabolic and bariatric people. Each chew is individually wrapped and free from added sugars. Additionally, these chews can be taken with or without food, which provides flexibility when it comes to scheduling your doses. Unlike other forms of calcium, calcium citrate does not require stomach acid for absorption, making it a reliable choice for those with altered digestive systems, such as bariatric people. This supplement comes in 11 delicious flavors, including chocolate, caramel, coconut, peanut butter chocolate, raspberry, tropical orange, pineapple-mango, and an assortment of fruit flavors. Each flavor is designed to provide an enjoyable experience, helping to make your daily vitamin intake more pleasant. If your doctor wants you on 1,000mg per day, you would be taking 2 caramel chews per day- they are a nice after dinner treat ( I think they taste more like maple syrup than caramel, but they are still good). **Q: how many carbs?** A: Yep. 4 gr. per chew. I just checked. The chocolate tablets contain 1 gr. per tab, but not as tasty. **Q: I ordered and they were extremely hard and difficult to chew, but from the doctor, they are soft. Where do they come from and what's the exp date?** A: This is an old question but should not be on anybody's mind at all. I bought my bag in July 2016. It has an expiration date of July 2017. Once opened I kept the entire bag in a Zip-Loc plastic bag.The few tasty chews I have left are as soft and tasty as when I first opened the bag. I very much like the Peanut Butter Chocolate flavor and will buy them again. **Q: I take blood thinner. Does this product contain Vitamin K?** A: Maybe I should have pointed out that calcium is a mineral and not a vitamin...it is just what it is. So no, there wouldn't be any K in it. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing Calcium supplement *by on Reviewed in the United Arab Emirates 11 September 2023* Should get more flavors as Caramel ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Love these *by on Reviewed in the United States 24 June 2026* Raspberry is SO good.
