Buy one size larger. I would recommend at least L or XL for adults. Anything smaller won't fit. L would be very fit. So go for XL. There is no return possible. So don't take that risk of choosing your favourite size.

Buy a size up.
It's very good. Since it is a non returnable product, try ordering it a size up. My husband is size M but I ordered size L and it was perfect.
