First it was just a tiny leak. I though it was from me not tightening the retainer nut enough after removing it to get a thorough wash. So ... I tightened it some more. Still leaked. It was easy to replace once I got the retainer nut off. I soaked the container itself in some vinegar for a while to get off all the build-up first. The new one doesn't sit flushed against the retainer nut -- it sinks down maybe 1/32"? Not a big deal as long as it doesn't leak on me! Been using it every morning now for a few days and it's holding up well. Review: Perfect Replacement - I originally bought a much cheaper knock-off to replace my damaged assembly, which didn't work out. It leaked, didn't fit well, and was really noisy. I decided to cut my losses and go for an original replacement and am very pleased with the result. It fits perfectly, runs smoothly, and does not leak.
