When I got them, they looked super fake because of how uniform and pale they are, but they take up the color from some simple eye shadow really well and matched my skin tone once I spent 10 minutes dusting them with color. (If I owned blush or foundation, it might have been easier.) I’ve pulled them out once a month or so, and today washed them to redo the color (the photos are from today’s wash and re-application). They mostly lay on top of my ears, and my glasses secure them a bit, but after an hour or so my ears start to hurt from the pressure. I tried to do yoga in them with my glasses removed, and they fell right off. All in all, worth the $9 and fun for the conversations I’ve started.
