**Q: Does anyone know if this is dual voltage, so it can be used in other countries?**
A: I just bought the 1” one, thinking it was dual voltage. Used it on 220V and it just stopped working. 😥

**Q: Do you think this flat iron will work to do Keratin treatment?**
A: No it won’t. It is the worst flat iron. When I tried to return it, they said their policy was no returns. I contacted Amazon and they refunded me. Don’t buy this.

**Q: Does it hold the heat?**
A: Yes very well

**Q: does this straightener work well? does it make hair frizzy?**
A: It does not work well. I have to go over my hair several times to smooth out a very light wave. Do not recommend

It’s a good product for the prime day price. Gets heated up quickly and doesn’t snag my hair which I appreciate. I like the temperature options on the digital but when I’m in the middle of using it, the touch sensor changes the temp. You have to hold it awkwardly to not touch the buttons. The lock button works sometimes. Sometimes I can’t get it off of lock. Which is nice when I don’t want the temp to change!
