However, I was quite pleasantly surprised by the quality and it was the perfect size and the price was decent. I would buy this under-pad again. However, I was quite pleasantly surprised by the quality and it was the perfect size and the price was decent. I would buy this under-pad again. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Non-rubberized carpet underlay. *by P***A on 24 February 2026* Perfect underlay for our hand crafted tufted wool carpet made in India. Chosen because it does not have a rubberized finish so it will not affect the polished finish of the hardwood floor. Good value. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Fantastic carpet padding *by A***R on 16 July 2025* This padding made my rug look and feel thicker. It also created more of a sound barrier between the upstairs and downstairs level. It definitely made a huge difference having the sponge underneath the thin area rug. It’s a little shock absorber when walking across it. --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.de/products/430896948-8-x-11-3-8-rug-pad-100-felt-protective](https://www.desertcart.de/products/430896948-8-x-11-3-8-rug-pad-100-felt-protective) --- *Product available on Desertcart Germany* *Store origin: DE* *Last updated: 2026-10-13*
