There are also a variety of other kava that I use from this company. Every single one of them are top notch and never had a complaint. If you're looking for a smooth and potent kava then this is the one for you. This is not the strongest they offer but it always gets the job done and sometimes you sacrifice the potency for taste which I dont mind at all. A: Hi there. I place about seven tablespoons into a strainer and SQUEEZE the mess out of it into some almond milk for ten minutes...sorry I did not reply sooner.

A: Bula. This was an error. There is no added caffeine. Amazon is in the process of fixing this mistake.
