By Carl Gould ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great up close footage of Fighters ! *by J***H on March 3, 2006* Maybe not the most realistic portrayal of Red Flag some "fake sounds" of flares popping and a video game feel in some areas. But no doubt some good points to this film namely up close {very close} quality footage of Fighters such as F-16C's and F-15E's among others. In fact the best I've seen of this type in a video yet! Although no intense maneuvering or pulling high G's or "thundering,roaring,screaming sounds and stunning aerobatics that will blow you away!" as the cover promises to deliver. The film is toned down and simplified in it's presentation for the average person.This may be disappointing to hardcore military jet lovers. Included is a 2nd disc of the film in high -def for your PC. Also a 20 minute bonus flight video of the film that can be viewed with a musical soundtrack turned on or off.The video can be set to a continuous loop or played once. I did enjoy this bonus as well! In addition to this is a "making of" documentary This film had the potential to be even better but that aside in my opinion it is worth the money and a look despite what some others have said here in their reviews.
