If you watch a lot of Netflix, YouTube videos, documentaries, etc., you're in for a wonderful experience.The webcam is really good (even with okay lighting) along with a nice microphone and speakers, so if you do a lot of Zoom meetings, this laptop has you covered.The build quality is good, and the hinges aren't too tight or too loose.It has a backlit keyboard you can turn on or off whenever you like, and the typing experience is awesome. I type a lot daily, and this was one of my favorite things about this laptop.I didn't use the touchscreen much, but when I did, it was nice and responsive. The same goes for when I used the laptop in tent mode and tablet mode.The battery life was good but not super long-lasting e.g. 14 hours or something, even when I first got it. This wasn't a big issue for me though, and I believe it won't bother other people too much.I used this laptop primarily for school work in college, some video editing using DaVinci Resolve, and live streaming on Twitch using OBS.I noticed that 1080p 30fps was the highest it could go for video editing without struggling, and 720p 30/60fps was what it could do comfortably for live streaming. You can try pushing it further if you want.Overall, I'd recommend this laptop for anyone who does a lot of work on their device and is looking for something versatile and powerful enough to handle those tasks.If you're a student or someone who just checks emails, uses Microsoft Word, or maybe watches Netflix and YouTube, this might be overkill.You won't be using a good chunk of the features this laptop has, so you're better off saving some money and buying something simpler. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Lenovo Flex 5 14-Inch 2-in-1 Laptop *by D***6 on May 18, 2022* I purchased this laptop 3.5 years ago. It has all the features I was looking for. I have been very happy with it, and had no issues until now. I thought the hinge was broken on the right side. Took to get it repaired. The screw came out! The guy put the screw back in and tightened all of them. Saved me a ton of money. He also said the laptop shouldn't be opened or closed unless it is absolutely necessary. That will loosen those screws. This shouldn't happen, but he sees it happen quite often. Live and learn. Still like my laptop. Just be careful opening and closing. ### ⭐ Gray screen with white lines. Do not buy *by A***R on July 26, 2018* I should’ve taken the 1 star reviews for this product more seriously. It’s exactly giving me the same issue as the other 1 stars. When I first unboxed it, it seemed to work fine. Then I wanted to test out the tablet mode so I tiled the screen all the way back. When I pulled the screen forward for regular mode, the screen turned Gray with white lines and nothing could be done to fix it. I had to tap on the power button for the screen to shut off, then restart for it to work again. I figured I don’t really care much for the tablet mode so I won’t use it anyway and come across this problem in the future. But last night after using it regularly, the screen turned gray with white lines again. I decided to return this faulty product. This morning I was uninstalling apps and programs that I had installed after purchasing and the gray screen happened again. Virtually every time I’ve used the laptop, I’ve experienced the gray screen.
