A: Nope! I have used this fairing on 4 bikes  now. Very serure when mounted.

A: No

**Q: Will this fit my 2011 Honda Shadow?**
A: yes ,However the angel brackets need to be mounted on the under side of the top triple tree ,to the handlebar risers ,upside down and facing outwardly  at about 45 degrees .Do not tighten fully until you have the position you want . It will be better it you had someone helping you to hold it where you want it before tightening. I hope this helps you. I am very happy with mine .it is sturdier than it looks when you take it out of the box.
