## Questions & Answers

**Q: How many standard plates will it hold? Do you have to remove the piece to fit standard plates?**
A: This machine is not meant to load 200 pounds of plates. 125 pounds should be good.

**Q: What gage steel is this made out of?**
A: I don't know but it's strong enough.  I've had 200 pounds loaded up on this machine and it's held up well.  I see the nylon pulleys failing way before the steel.  Everything has held up well after a year of daily use but I foresee one day replacing the nylon pulleys with steel pulleys.

**Q: Need to replace cables what size do we need to get?**
A: Did you ever find out? I need to replace one of the cables as well.

**Q: Does this come with the pull bars?**
A: Yes come with the overhead bar for pull downs and the shorter bar to curl and do extensions
