Lightweight and optimized for round-head flashes, the MagRing 2 streamlines your workflow and elevates your lighting game. ## Description desertcart.com : MagMod MagRing 2 Softbox Mount, Photography Lighting MagBox Accessory Base | Modular Speedlite Base for MagBox, New and Improved Magnetic Speedring, Consistent Repeatable Light, Fast Magnetic Attachment : Electronics ## Features - SUPERIOR SPEEDLIGHT MOUNT The MagRing 2 is a magnetic speedring that makes attaching larger modifiers like the MagBox to smaller hot-shoe flashes super simple. With a MagGrip 2 on your flash, attaching a speedlight to the MagRing 2 takes literally 1 second. Newly optimized for round-head flashes, the MagRing 2 can quickly adapt to either a round-head flash or standard speedlites, so you can work quickly and confidently. - SUPERIOR FLASH LIGHTING Easily mount two flashes at once in the MagRing 2 - pretty dope, for say, overpowering the sun or doubling flash recycle times. With 2 flashes in the MagRing 2, you’ve got almost the same power as a studio strobe - without actually having to lug one around. Your assistant’s flash can be in the same position as yours - no need for a second light stand taking up limited workspace and slowing you down. - MODULAR LIGHT MODIFIER Designed for use with the MagMod 2 system, MagMod modifiers are modular - making custom lighting setups with a MagBox or Pro Gels super-fast and easy. Just pop in a speedlight, shut the door, and get back to shooting. With the MagRing 2, you can go from on-camera to off in a flash! Modular system lets you add as many modifiers as you like, for extreme customization of your flash setup! - MAGMOD MAGIC The MagRing 2 is part of an entire redesign to reduce size, decrease weight, and be better optimized for new round-head flash designs without sacrificing any of MagMod's original, modifying magic. We made the MagRing 2 compatible with your existing MagMod 2 modifiers, so you can throw on a MagGrid 2, or Pro Gel without removing your flashes from the MagRing. Woo hoo! - UNIVERSALLY AWESOME FLASH MOUNT Pop any flash that has a MagGrip, our patented universal flash mount, into the MagRing 2. Since the MagGrip 2 works with pretty much any flash, you can use virtually any speedlights you want inside your Magbox pro. And we think that’s awesome. Requires a MagGrip or MagGrip 2 (sold separately) to be used on a compatible flash. ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B09TS2M3V6 | | Best Sellers Rank | #248 in Lighting Soft Boxes | | Brand | MagMod | | Built-In Media | Light Stand, Softbox | | Color | black | | Color Rendering Index | 90 | | Compatible Devices | Canon: 380EX, 420EX, 430EX, 430EX II, 540EZ, 550EX, 580EX, 580EX II, 600EX-RT, Canon EL-1; Godox: AD200, TT350S, V850II, TT685S, V860II, TT660II, TT520II, V1; Profoto: A1, A1X, A10; Sony: HVL-F60M, HVL-F58AM, HVL-F56AM; Nikon: SB-24, SB-25, SB-26, SB-28(DX) SB-50DX, SB-80DX, SB-600, SB-700, SB-800, SB-900, SB-910; Olympus: FL-50R, FL-600R; Yongnuo: YN560, YN560-II, YN560-III, YN568EX-II, YN565EX; … | | Customer Reviews | 4.6 out of 5 stars 120 Reviews | | Enclosure Material | Nylon, Plastic | | Hardware Interface | Unknown | | Item Dimensions D x W x H | 2.25"D x 7.25"W x 7.63"H | | Item Highlight | Modular Speedlite Base for MagBox, New and Improved Magnetic Speedring, Consistent Repeatable Light, Fast Magnetic Attachment | | Item Weight | 411 kg | | Light Source | LED | | Light Source Type | LED | | Manufacturer | MagMod | | Manufacturer Part Number | 144748 | | Material | Nylon, Plastic | | Maximum Height | 7.63 inches | | Media Type | ProductImage | | Model Name | MagRing 2 | | Model Number | 144748 | | Model Series | MagRing 2 | | Number of Items | 1 | | Product Dimensions | 2.25"D x 7.25"W x 7.63"H | | Style | Umbrella | | Style Name | Umbrella | | UPC | 858065008123 | | Warranty Description | Limted One (1) year from date of purchase Warranty | ## Product Details - **Brand:** MagMod - **Color:** black - **Material:** Nylon, Plastic - **Product Dimensions:** 2.25"D x 7.25"W x 7.63"H - **Style:** Umbrella ## Images ![MagMod MagRing 2 Softbox Mount, Photography Lighting MagBox Accessory Base - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/61i6+3KWkcL.jpg) ![MagMod MagRing 2 Softbox Mount, Photography Lighting MagBox Accessory Base - Image 2](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/81JYFPZSDPL.jpg) ![MagMod MagRing 2 Softbox Mount, Photography Lighting MagBox Accessory Base - Image 3](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/81orb+Guy3L.jpg) ![MagMod MagRing 2 Softbox Mount, Photography Lighting MagBox Accessory Base - Image 4](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/813bF2czKRL.jpg) ![MagMod MagRing 2 Softbox Mount, Photography Lighting MagBox Accessory Base - Image 5](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/61E5jjDajiL.jpg) ## Frequently Bought Together - MagRing 2 Softbox Mount by MagMod | Photography Lighting MagBox Accessory | Modular Speedlite Base | New and Improved Magnetic Speedring - MagMod MagShoe v2 | Universal Cold Shoe Flash Mount for Off Camera Flash | LED Light Panels, Umbrella Modifiers, MagBox PRO 42" Octa Softbox, and MagBox PRO 36" Strip - MagGrip 2 by MagMod | Magnetic Light Diffuser Attachment | Universal Silicone Speedlite Mount | Modular Camera Lighting System | Photography Light Diffuser --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.de/products/420323380-magmod-magring-2-softbox-mount-photography-lighting-magbox-accessory-base](https://www.desertcart.de/products/420323380-magmod-magring-2-softbox-mount-photography-lighting-magbox-accessory-base) --- *Product available on Desertcart Germany* *Store origin: DE* *Last updated: 2026-10-18*
