nice option to rolling up puzzle
this is HUGE. You could work on 2 separate puzzles at the same time. Was going to buy the next size down, but strangely that one was more expensive.

More than disappointed!
Only 3000 piece storage I could find so ordered it. Delivery was slow..I had to ask if it had got lost!Good size, but for the price the quality is terrible, nowhere near as good as my 2000 carrier of another make. Cheap plastic finish. Two edges of the base board were not stuck properly, both exposing 15 cm of the hardboard inside. The Velcro seal is so strong I needed help to remove and replace the cover, and the handle started to fray after being carried twice! Living in Europe I was unable to return the package by post as it was too large, so had to use a transporter, which cost almost as much as the puzzle carrier itself!!! Though the item and the cost of returning it are guaranteed by Amazon I will certainly not be reordering the Puzzle Snug Puzzle Storage again

Disappointed and overpriced
Disappointed with this, way over priced for the quality. Like other reviewers mine is open about 8-12 inches from the both corners along one of the long edges. Also at all 4 corners the fabric is not stuck down properly giving a wavy surface. I kept it and tried to stick the open edges but it remains to be seen if it lasts. Too much hassle to try and return. Could not recommend until quality issue fixed.

Not good enough
This product, as received, was totally useless and being returned for a refund. The welding of the plastic edges wasn't fit for purpose and had spilt open and in splitting has torn the plastic covering. I would not buy this product again.

3000 piece
Not happy with this at all I wished I'd save my money, I've got a porta puzzle for a 1000pc and their brilliant but this is terrible the bottom material bunches in the middle and it snags on any rough skin on your fingers and puzzle pieces as you move them, if you try and slide a few pieces that are fixed together they snag and break up don't waste your money

Just as expected and decent quality
Fast delivery - on time and in excellent condition. Not easy to find a board to fit up to a 3000 piece jigsaw

Something went wrong with the manifacturing
Big parts of the cloth is not glued properly to the board beneath it, so you're not working on a flat surface. Some parts of it are perfect, though, so I think it's a manifacturing error. It's like trying to do the puzzle on a bed or other "wavy" surface. It's hard to take a photo of because it's all black, so I found a random image online that shows the problem. Some parts are flat, because they're glued to the surface behind the cloth, but others aren't and the cloth bulge up in these areas, making these parts of the puzzle very hard to do.
