## Questions & Answers

**Q: Has anyone used these to get into inversions?**
A: Yes, they can be useful for inversion if used with extreme caution.

**Q: Would these work for doing yoga and push-ups etc. when recovering from wrist fracture/surgery when you have limited extension of your wrist?**
A: I’m certainly not a medical professional but I have an old wrist injury, with limited extension, and these help me with some yoga poses and push ups.

**Q: Can someone tell me more about using these for balance support (as pictured in the brochure)? With their curved shape, it is hard to envision.**
A: It might help if you think of them as an extension of your hand, not bulky like standard blocks, more of a delicate touch similar to using your fingers to assist with balance. There is an instructional video on the yoga-grip web site, just below the less detailed demo video. I hope this helps.

**Q: Can i use these in a hot yoga class? i have a very grippy mat. will they slide on my mat if it's moist? and i can't find the no slip covers on amazon.**
A: They may become slippery on your mat if it’s moist, in which case you can put a towel down and totally eliminate any slip. The no-slip covers on amazon are for the hand portion of the grips, not the feet/mat portion. On Amazon just search “ Yoga-Grip no-slip covers” and they should come right up. Thank you! Surprisingly the build quality feels far better than I had expected . Really nice grips you can play around with the different angles quite easily. After trying a few suggestion for my arthritic hands and wrists I am finding these work very well and the discomfort when doing bird dog and plank has been greatly alleviated. I was concerned about spending such a high amount but the cost has been worth it
